- An experience that includes Adult and Kids yoga, meditation, singing, and spiritual exploration

Please bring a yoga mat and meditation cushion. Limited chairs available for those who cannot sit on the floor.
Reverend Connie L. Habash, MA, leads Spiritual Family. Rev. Connie is an ordained Interfaith Minister, a Transpersonal and Holistic psychotherapist, and has been teaching yoga and meditation since 1993. It is her joy to create spiritual community and awaken the Divine within you! Holly Love, MA, is a certified YogaKids teacher with over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages as a pediatric Occupational Therapist.
